Before Your Cleaning
To prepare your home before we arrive, we ask that you do a few quick things that allow us to work more efficiently:
-Remove clutter so we can effectively clean all surfaces – this includes clothing, kids toys and dishes in the kitchen sink.
– Find a good spot for your pets so they are safe and comfortable while we clean. We love pets and don’t mind them out, but if they are uncomfortable with new people or noises (the vacuum is particularly offensive to our pets), it’s probably best for them to be put away.
-Put out clean sheets on each bed if we will be changing your linens (all beds will be made either way).
While it’s important to have a decluttered space before we arrive, please do not spend any time cleaning! Leave the work to us.

-Most customers are either at work or busy with other plans when we clean, so it’s quite common for them to provide us with their garage code or spare key. But if you don’t feel comfortable leaving us a key or door code, please make sure someone is home during the scheduled cleaning time. If you are home, we will happily work around you while you do your normal activities.
-If you won’t be home, just let us know beforehand what entrance & exit arrangement you would like.
After Your Cleaning
-After your first cleaning with us, we will follow up with you on how we did. We want your honest feedback! If there are any tasks you would like performed differently next time, please let us know during our follow-up. If, within 24 hours of your cleaning, you are unhappy with any aspect of our performance, we will schedule a time to come back and re-do the task, free of charge.
